As the organization continues to modernize its platforms, data, and digital experiences, we are seeking a Vice President, Security Architecture to shape how security is designed, embedded, and scaled across the enterprise. Reporting to the Chief Architect, this role sits at the center of Prudential’s technology strategy. You will define the target state‑ security architecture , influence the most critical technology decisions across CIO organizations, and lead a team responsible for ensuring security is built in‑ by design , not bolted on after delivery. This is a highly visible leadership role for a senior security architecture leader who thrives at enterprise scale — someone who can balance risk, resilience, and velocity , partner effectively across technology and business teams, and help shape the future of security within a modern financial services organization.
