GENERAL SUMMARY: The Human Resources Assistant maintains employee personnel files, onboards new hires, coordinates and conducts new hire orientations, and assists the Human Resources Director with administrative support and projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: - Enters and maintains employee data through the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Inputs status, rate changes and other payroll related changes into HRIS. As needed, uses the HRIS to generate a variety of useful employee data reports. - Maintains employee personnel files, Form I-9s, and other HR documentation. - Tracks work permits for employees under th...
