Job description

The incumbent will act as a Field Protection Coordinator overseeing and guiding activities in the area of migrant assistance (PX). He/she will coordinate the work of protection assistants and case workers, ensuring effective delivery of protection interventions. The role includes close cooperation with managers of collective accommodation centers for refugees from Ukraine, Office for Foreigners, social services, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure access to safe and dignified protection of human rights. Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the operations of the Field Protection Team, taking into account the changing needs of migrants and their legal status, ensuring the highest quality of services delivered and compliance with donor requirements and IOM standards. Supervise, provide guidance and training, coordinate, and monitor the work of field protection assistants and protection case workers.
