SUMMARY: This position is located on-site at our corporate office in Warwick, RI. The Human Resource Generalist will provide support to the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including benefits and leave, employee relations, enforcing company policies and practices, and hiring and interviewing staff. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Required to administer and execute human resource programs, including, but not limited to leave, performance and talent management, occupational health and safety; and training and development. - Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications. - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance. - Provide employee relation support for the organization. - Support departmental recruitment efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates for open positions. - Assist wit...
