Job Summary: DT Professional Services is seeking a full-time Human Resources (HR) Operations Clerk to join our team in Norco, CA. This onsite role will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team. This position assists with personnel records management, onboarding coordination, and routine HR functions to ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Navy civilian workforce requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to thrive in a secure, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR office, with primary support to staffing and classification functions. - Support onboarding processes by reviewing pre-employment documentation, verifying eligibility, coordinating access and CAC appointments, and assisting with orientation and onboarding briefings. - Maintain and update HR systems and reports (e.g., HRLink, DCPDS), including supervisory hierarchies, onboarding metrics, and ad hoc reporting. - Manage personnel records in compliance with DoD/Navy standards, including filing, scanning, tracking, inventory, and records destruction. - Serve as front desk support by responding t...
