Supply Chain Analyst - Norfolk, VA

Job description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Norfolk team. The Supply Chain Analyst will work directly with our Director of Supply Chain to oversee the order management process and assist with other supply chain projects. Experience is preferred but not required. Essential Function: - Oversee the internal order management process - Track and communicate daily order status with warehouse personnel and field operations - Monitor internal inventory and manage inventory accuracy - Assist with purchasing of supplies and supplier management - Standardize and manage workflow processes for order fulfillment in ERP and business software - Develop and create reports for Operations Leadership team - Effective communicator and organized in nature - Implement and manage AI-powered automation solutions to streamline routine transactional tasks Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position in the downtown Norfolk, VA area. Occasionally, employee will be required to transit to Wakefield, VA area warehouse (a company floater vehicle is available). A company cell phone and laptop will be provided.
