The supply planner is the key person who ensures that customer orders get out the door as committed and a potential stepping-stone role into site planner. As such, the role requires someone who thrives in the day-to-day pressures of a manufacturing plant and enjoys planning & prioritizing work while at the same time maintaining strong partnership and communication across functions. Success in this role is determined by the person’s ability to proactively analyze sales orders, balance competing demands and constructively drive action to ensure the site meets its shipment goals.
