You'll own the quality assurance and metrology infrastructure of Factory ONE — the measurement systems, inspection processes, and quality management framework that give our aerospace and defense customers absolute confidence in every part we ship. The Role: As the Manufacturing Lead — Quality and Metrology, you are the owner of all quality systems, dimensional inspection, and measurement infrastructure at Factory ONE. Your mandate is to establish AS9100-ready quality management from day one, implement full traceability for defense customers, and build the metrology capabilities that ensure every part meets spec.
