Area Iberia, Italy & Malta is part of DNV Maritime, Region West Europe. The Area includes all maritime business activities and consists of ~60 employees in 11 locations. The Area operates with two Service Lines: We are looking for a Support staff to join our NB&CMC team in Italy, reporting to the local line Management. - Newbuilding and Certification-Verification of materials and components (NB&CMC) - Fleet in Service (FiS) organised as part of business Unit FiS West Europe. Main responsibilities and tasks: The right candidate will enjoy working with a highly engaged team in an environment where trust, teamwork, and innovation are core values. - Daily contact with customers and other DNV units in Italy and abroad, both on the phone and in writing (English language) - Planning of unit activities, together with line manager or appointed colleagues - Administrative support to DNV activities, i.e. order checking/opening, contract preparation, handling of documentation in the Company tools - Follow up of outstanding invoices - Other administrative tasks (e.g. booking of travels, procurement of goods) Join us and you will: DNV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and gives consideration for...
