Job Title People Business Partner, AM&D (Cambridge, MA) Job Description: The People Business Partner, Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) is responsible for collaborating with senior management to develop and implement the People Strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on business growth, capability development, leadership, and performance management. The role leverages diagnostic skills and business acumen to identify competency-related needs and articulate targeted value propositions to senior management. Also, partners closely with senior leaders and leadership teams to provide strategic people and workforce guidance that influences decisions, strengthens capability development, drives business performance, and supports succession planning to build and sustain a skilled workforce. As a key member of the Connected Care People Team and AM&D Leadership Team, the role serves as a trusted advisor and coach to the BU Leader and the extended leadership team.
