This role is four days onsite at our Seneca One Buffalo, NY location, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to lead the modernization of enterprise applications, including on‑premises to cloud migrations , containerization , and application upgrades . This role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership and requires strong experience in Java or C#, cloud platforms, and secure application design and ensuring applications, whether custom-built or SaaS‑based are reliable, observable, and well‑integrated . The ideal candidate will guide architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
