Program Director Department: Residential Substance Use - Youth Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Rolla - E 10th Street, Navig8 Treatment Facility Reporting To: Darren Facen: Compensation: $87,485 - $93,725 / year Description: Lead with Purpose as Program Director at Navig8, Our Adolescent Residential Treatment Center This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Some after-hours and on-call weekends are required. Compass Health is seeking a Program Director to lead operations at Navig8 , our adolescent residential substance use recovery program. In this vital leadership role, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed substance use treatment services for youth. You’ll supervise a dedicated multidisciplinary team, manage clinical operations, and ensure every young person in our care receives the support they need to move forward. This full-time, benefit-eligible position includes scheduled on-call hours during the week and weekends , and occasional after-hours support during crises or staff shortages.
