ABOUT THE ROLE: Own the Talon.One website as a discovery-to-conversion engine. You are responsible for why each page exists, who it serves, and how it performs , ensuring the Talon.One is discoverable by AI engines, compelling to human visitors, and measurable against pipeline outcomes. Location: Berlin (hybrid). ABOUT THE TEAM: You sit within Product Marketing and work at the intersection of Growth, Content, and Design. You partner closely with the Web Product Manager, who owns the platform, while you own performance outcomes across the live site. The reporting line sits within the Product Marketing organization. ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL: Own website strategy & experience ownership Drive organic discovery: SEO & GEO - Define why each page exists: audience intent, page purpose, and success criteria across priority user journeys - Translate product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation into structured web experiences that drive clarity, discovery, and conversion - Own CRO across the core site – e.g. homepage, product pages, solution pages – analysing user behaviour, click paths, and conversion points to continuously improve how visitors move from discovery to act...
