The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HAAS CNC. This position is vital to ensure the precision forming and bending of metal components used in our medical equipment production, maintaining high-quality standards that Del Medical is known for. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to form metal components according to engineering designs and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production orders to determine correct machine settings for each job. Make necessary adjustments to press brake controls, tool positions, and material alignment to achieve precise bends and shapes. Perform in-process inspections to ensure that parts conform to required tolerances and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve machine performance issues, collaborating with the maintenance team when needed.
