Description Position Snapshot: The RN Administrator & Clinical Director is a highly visible, hands-on leader responsible for launching and growing hospice services in a new market. This hybrid executive role combines Administrator accountability with Clinical Director oversight, ensuring both operational excellence and exceptional patient care during start-up and early growth. You will lead day-to-day hospice operations, build clinical and administrative infrastructure, ensure regulatory compliance, and establish the systems, teams, and community relationships needed to scale a successful hospice program. As the organization grows, you will serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution; balancing leadership, clinical expertise, and operational discipline.
