Job description

Reporting to the Chief Corporate Development Officer and serving on the leadership team, the role helps translate priorities into action, strengthen the operating rhythm of the function, and advance selected strategy, partnership, and transaction initiatives. Approximately 30 - 40% of the role is focused on Chief of Staff responsibilities - driving alignment, executive readiness, communications, and business operations - while the remainder focuses on corporate development, strategy and strategic projects (partnerships & investments) that support Nokia’s growth agenda. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Corporate Development Officer, helping translate strategic priorities into clear focus areas, decisions, and follow-through. Lead the operating cadence for the Corporate Development organization, including planning, leadership meetings, follow-ups, and progress tracking across key priorities.
