Ergonomic Specialist - Windsor Assembly Plant will f unction as an Ergonomist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical ergonomic support for current and future vehicle programs. The successful candidate will be working as part of a cross functional team jointly leading efforts to proactively reduce musculoskeletal injuries and improve overall workplace well-being health and safety. In this role, you will utilize ergonomic assessment tools, requirements and data to identify risk factors and drive improvements with cross functional teams. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are required to drive actionable workplace improvements that support employee wellbeing and contribute to overall business performance.
