Your Role The Strategic Planning & Performance team develops long-term strategies, annual plans, and performance reporting for Middle Markets and Small Business lines of business. The Business Analyst, Senior – Middle Markets and Small Business will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Performance. This role requires a strong track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, developing clear and concise executive or market-facing reporting, and leveraging foundational analytical skills – with a demonstrated appetite to continue deepening analytic capabilities – to deliver actionable insights that support sales performance and growth.
