JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manages the process of closing, auditing and packaging loan files. - Oversees and directs the implementation of the loan closing process to ensure all documentation is ready for Bank approval. - Reviews and coordinates the due diligence on guarantors for compliance under the SBA’s SOP guidelines. - Engages communications with borrowers, brokers, title companies, appraisers and insurance companies for required reporting and review. - Manages the daily workflow to ensure that loan commitment deadlines are met. - Organizes the loan disbursement process, f...
