Providing a housing management service, you’ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation! What you’ll do: Customer group - over 55's independent living. Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, you’ll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account To support the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, you’ll turn around vacant properties.
