Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers. - Experience in writing and reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python). - Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript). Preferred qualifications: - Experience working with SQL. - Experience working alongside technical teams (Product, Engineering, or Business) to solve ambiguous problems. - Experience as a developer in the mobile app space (iOS or Android). - Understanding of the mobile ad business generation industry. - Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders or external partners. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of debugging customer-facing issues, whether it's at the code level or within a broader system implementation.
