The Support Staff play a vital role in ensuring smooth operation by providing essential support to both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests upon arrival, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and supporting servers and kitchen staff as needed.
