Summary Accounts Payable Specialist – WarHorse Gaming Omaha SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring the outflow of capital for the organization. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and financial records while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards. COMPENSATION: $21.47 – $23.42 per hour, based on experience (BOE) SCHEDULE: Full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on business demands. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: - Practice, support, and maintain the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC and HCI - Receive, review, and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness - Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation - Facilitate vendor payments, including verifying federal ID numbers and resolving discrepancies - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner - Ensure proper coding and entry of invoices into the accounting system - Prepare and process payment runs, includin...
