Job description

Facilities & Infrastructure Management: - Lead and coordinate all plant facilities maintenance activities including building systems, utilities, and infrastructure. - Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of facility-related equipment and systems. - Support plant operations by maintaining reliable building infrastructure, utilities, and facility services. - Identify and implement facility improvements and infrastructure upgrades. - Monitor and optimize plant utilities including compressed air, electrical distribution, water systems, and HVAC infrastructure to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Engineering & Maintenance Collaboration: - Work closely with the Director of Engineering to support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility improvements. - Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to coordinate facility-related work and ensure alignment with plant maintenance priorities. - Support engineering initiatives requiring facility modifications, equipment relocation, or infrastructure upgrades.
