Essential Job Functions: - Serve as a technical authority across CWW, influencing architecture and engineering standards beyond the immediate team. - Lead the design and delivery of highly interactive, greenfield logistics applications using cutting-edge technologies. - Own and evolve the application architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise-wide goals. - Define and champion development standards, best practices, and patterns across cross-functional and cross-divisional engineering efforts. - Collaborate with engineering teams across divisions to drive consistency in integration patterns, system design, and solution delivery. - Partner closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to shape and prioritize the product roadmap from a technical perspective. - Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and architectural review sessions — serving as a key voice in technical decision-making. - Write and review unit tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests; promote a Test Driven Development culture across teams.
