Senior Product Manager, Partner Experiences

Job description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Partner Product Manager to lead and scale our Partner product domain - the end-to-end platform, tools, and embedded experiences that power a critical revenue channel. This is a domain leadership role with accountability for business outcomes, team leadership, and roadmap execution. You will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap across Partner Consumer and Agent experiences, integrations, embedded enrollment capabilities, and operational workflows - ensuring alignment to company growth objectives. You will lead and develop a team of Product Managers, bringing clarity and direction to complex, multi-stakeholder problem spaces. In environments where requirements are evolving and perspectives vary, you will establish priorities, define measurable outcomes, and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams.
