Why This Role & Team Are Exciting This Business Systems Analyst VI role supports one of M&T Bank’s growing Equipment Finance teams within a large‑scale Agile technology environment. The team oversees business‑critical software used daily to power Equipment Finance operations and continuously works to deliver tools that help the business better serve its customers. The BSA sits directly on the Agile team, working side‑by‑side with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, and business partners. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, this role plays a key part in shaping how solutions are designed, built, tested, and delivered. You’ll support a high‑impact, highly independent Equipment Finance line of business, considered one of the most important and lucrative areas within the organization.
