Job Title Spatial Data Manager, Global Job Description Summary: The Spatial Data Administrator uses CAD and other design/space technology software to provide support to Project Management, Occupancy Planning and Move Managers. Holds responsibility to ensure all current drawings and systems are maintained, relevant space reports are generated on a regular basis and serves as the central point of contact regarding the space technology solution within a client environment. Solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with construction and furniture terminology required. Expertise in CAD/CAFM and the methodologies and calculations used to generate and analyze allocation models critical. Job Description Principle Responsibilities: - Develops designs using computer-assisted design/drafting (e.g., CAD) equipment and software - Establishes and maintains an organized file system for As-Built Drawings - Converts existing construction drawings to computer-aided design/drafting software - Communicates with Project Management, Space Planning and Move Management for CAD needs - Generates needed reports and analysis on Space - Manages and reports space allocation data, including bus...
