Job description

To provide each guest with excellent customer service, massages, and body treatments. Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude with all guests and team members. Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner. Administer expert massage and body treatments for various purposes and needs and in the specific time frame given. Provide consistent professional treatments as directed in training classes and accepted certification practices Properly care for equipment and products used Communicate and describe in an articulate manner the spa offerings Compare and contrast the different services on the menu Recommend and up-sell services at the spa facility on property Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy Respond to guest requests immediately, accurately, and appropriately Understand the importance of and committed to continuing education Works unsupervised for extended period: Uphold all protocols for set-up and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
