Pharmacist Full Time: Indiana: AndHealth is on a mission to radically improve access and outcomes for the most challenging chronic health conditions, with the goal of making world-class specialty care accessible and affordable to all. We partner with health systems, community health centers, plans, and employers to remove barriers to care to ensure all people have access to the care they deserve. We are looking for a Pharmacist to play an important role at AndHealth. This is a full-time position located at a Community Health Center in Indiana. What you’ll do in the role: - Perform final verification on all prescriptions with 100% accuracy maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy. - Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. - Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of high-value specialty medications (e.g., cold chain management). - Maintain strict compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies. - Drive clinical intake and navigate benefits investigations. - Provide specialized counseling to patients on complex therapy regimens. - Document clinical interventions and monitor patient adherence/side...
