Job description

What you will do He/she will be responsible for the local delivery and execution of core loading to vendors and managers in accordance with Johnson Controls principles, corporate policies and procedures, and plant operations. You will perform a variety of employment related functions for the ultimate purpose of enhancing employee engagement, safety and health, productivity and ensuring employee compliance with Company policies in a manufacturing facility. How you will do it: - Operate a sit-down forklift and other industrial machinery like mobile column lifts or mobile entry crane. - Rotate product into and out of our buildings for manufacturing accessibility. - Load and unload trucks with the correct equipment to and from our facility. - Check that loads are centered and properly loaded. - Track manufacturing unit progress and know ship dates to ensure timely load outs. - Be able to problem solve and stay alert for changes to create solutions. - Communicate with supervisor to ensure fulfillment in servicing out buildings. - Must be willing to work outside for long periods of time in all seasons - Multi-task and prioritize company daily schedules and requirements. - Work with other...
