ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Distributed Training coordination in support of Live, Virtual, and Constructive operations. - Simulation device set-up, to include scenario mission loading requirements and operations. - Operating Next Generation Threat System software to replicate mission essential Joint Integration scenarios in support of up-to-date Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. - Provide Tactics Instructors recommendations in support of aircrew execution. - Providing SME inputs to Training Departments on current and future operational employment and relevant Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. - Assist e valuations of student training/mission performance as required and record trainer performance IAW established criteria. - Review curriculum, assess, and recommend improvements to the training program. - Maintaining currency and proficiency with appropriate TTPs, SME lectures, and providing input to devel...
