Role Responsibilities: Responsible for providing case management and supportive services to clients and/or their families to promote self-sufficiency. Advocates for clients regarding financial assistance, state/federal benefits, housing, education, childcare, skill testing and development programs, job training, job referral and/or treatment programs. Works independently and consistently exercises discretion and sound judgment in monitoring and evaluating client progress. Meets with each client as required by the program and/or based on client needs. Ensures up-to-date and accurate client files and databases, as required by CCAC and external entities.
