Position Summary: The Construction Crew Member supports the construction team by performing a variety of tasks that contribute to project success, including site preparation, material handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role provides essential assistance to carpenters and other tradespeople, operates tools and equipment safely, and follows established safety protocols to support smooth project execution. This individual will meet up at the Quitman office and will travel with the crew to different job sites each day and will return to the Quitman office at the end of the day.
