Our Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform combines machine learning, text analytics, and data visualisation to deliver real time, actionable insights. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our Sydney team and play a key role in keeping our platform reliable and our customers successful. In this position, you will provide a crucial user and infrastructure support function. Key Responsibilities: · Manage onboarding and offboarding (user accounts, devices, system access) · Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory · Enforce and manage security controls including MFA, conditional access and compliance policies · Manage endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune) and device configuration/compliance · Provision and revoke access to internal and SaaS platforms · Maintain company laptop pool and asset register · Purchase and...
