JOB OVERVIEW: The Senior Manager, Supply Chain is the end-to-end supply chain leader of an MSO manufacturing site, responsible for purchasing, inventory management and production planning. This medical manufacturing site leader will ensure uninterrupted material flow through the facility aligned with service targets, inventory targets and financial goals. The site leader will also have a strong understanding of ERP systems and the ability to translate data into actionable decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manages end-to-end supply chain for the MSO manufacturing site. Including purchasing, production planning and inventory management ensuring the uninterrupted flow of product from raw materials through production. - Manage and develop a production planning and purchasing team to support the growing infrastructure of the MSO. - Partner with finance and operations on production floor plan resulting in the maximization of machine utilization and absorption while maintaining appropriate inventory levels. - Owns ERP system design for production planning, supply planning, floor management and inventory controls.
