Your missions Take charge of ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement in a dynamic production environment. As the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will uphold and enhance the highest standards in the aerospace industry. Quality in Production: - S erve as the main point of contact for customers, showcasing employee qualifications. - Identify and resolve operational anomalies while implementing preventive measures. - Support the maintenance and enhancement of the quality management system. - Conduct operational project monitoring and participate in tender meetings. - Coordinate subcontractors and manage SAP access as well as employee ID documentation for Airbus sites (ID-Sheets). Training and Development: - Plan and track internal and external training sessions in collaboration with HR. - Ensure proper use and training for the competence management tool (e.g., BisonHQ) - Conduct and oversee technical and safety-related training sessions (e.g., FOD, Human factor, counterfeit Parts). Health and Safety: - Attend quarterly ASA meetings and workplace inspections. - Monitor risk assessments and operating instructions. - Organise occupational hea...
