Job Responsibilities: The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina is accepting applicants for a HVAC Technicians IV in the Facilities and Engineering Department. This role is responsible for repair maintenance of all campus Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Heating, & Ventilation systems and refrigeration equipment, ice machines & computerized energy management systems. Will be required to perform Preventive Maintenance on all commercial and residential HVAC and auxiliary equipment. Assists in making repairs to all air conditioning and chiller systems; chill water pumps and cooling to water pumps, cooling towers, hot water systems, gas fired boilers (under 1M Btu’s), warm air furnaces, mechanical systems and associated equipment. Responsible for operating energy management systems; as well as works on low and high voltage control systems which are parts of HVAC equipment. fan coil units.
