Job Overview The Director of Office of Academic Advising reports to the Chief Enrollment Officer and is responsible for the oversight and direction of all undergraduate advising services operations and personnel. Incumbent is responsible for directing and evaluating the work of the Office of Academic Advising staff. Responsible for assessment, planning and providing oversight of academic advising support services delivery for the general undergraduate student population to facilitate progression towards degree completion. The incumbent is expected to play a leadership role in all university initiatives related to academic advising and student success. The Director will actively engage with campus leadership and staff to build strong and collaborative networks to create effective strategies and systems that provide on-going student support leading to improved retention and graduation of students. The incumbent will assess, support, and coordinate activities and programs that involve academic advising service delivery.
