Are you an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working deep in the detail of systems, data, and customer delivery, while owning outcomes end-to-end? At Katchr, customer implementation is where value is realised. We’re looking for a Business Analyst to take ownership of complex implementations, combining strong analytical capability, domain understanding, and confident client-facing delivery leadership. This role focuses primarily on new customer implementations and PMS migrations, ensuring solutions are well defined, correctly delivered, and ready for use at go-live. You'll thrive in this role if you have led customer implementations and migrations, within a scaling software business - while an understanding of Law Firms and their systems is an advantage.
