Overview Salem Media Boston is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Client Success Manager (CSM) to support both internal teams and external clients across our growing multimedia platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at client communication, and has strong digital marketing expertise. The CSM will play a critical role in ensuring campaign success, client satisfaction, and operational excellence, serving as a key bridge between sales, clients, and digital execution teams.
