This role is the central hub between our electricians and customers—ensuring efficient scheduling and a smooth customer experience. This position plays a critical role in delivering a great customer experience while maximizing technician efficiency. The Service Coordinator helps ensure our electricians stay productive, our customers stay informed, and our operations run smoothly every day. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and can juggle multiple priorities.
