As Consultant - Customer Engagement you will ensures that customer issues and concerns are answered efficiently and effectively. More experienced Advisors may coach others and support the resolution of escalated complaints in accordance with business, policy and legal requirements. Job title: Consultant - Customer Engagement Job Description: What you will be doing: - Answering/making calls to policy holders to assist/verify them - Processing verification forms - Following form rejection and returned mail processes - Assisting customers with any queries/questions/complaints both verbally and in writing - Extracting data and producing/sending letters for clients - Setting up projects/clients in Sage CRM including clients email templates - Supporting the client results process Required Skills: - Good written and verbal communication skills in English, at least C1 level - Skills in the use of core MS Office products, Word and Excel - Excellent communication skills - A strong customer focus and a good telephone manner - Excellent attention to detail - The ability to work well in teams - A focused and self-motivated approach to work What’s in it for you: - Mental Health Helpline and Empl...
