About the Job The BIM Project Lead is responsible for leading BIM delivery on assigned projects, ensuring the production of coordinated, high-quality models and drawings in line with company standards and project requirements. This role manages day-to-day BIM coordination, oversees modelling teams, and ensures that all digital deliverables are accurate, compliant, and aligned with engineering intent. The BIM Project Lead works closely with BIM Project Managers, Engineering Teams, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and coordinated project delivery. About You: Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in BIM delivery within MEP or multidisciplinary projects. Experience working on large-scale or complex projects (e.g. data centres). Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP (essential). Experience in clash detection tools (e.g. Navisworks). Strong understanding of BIM coordination processes and workflows. Experience leading or coordinating BIM teams on projects. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with common data environments (e.g. ACC/FORMA).
