Job Posting Title: Maintenance Supervisor Job Description: Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Department POSITION SUMMARY: Working independently, and with a strong focus on customer service, the Maintenance Supervisor (Supervisor) is a working supervisor who assists the Plant Engineer and Director of Maintenance in managing all aspects of routine and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the campus. The Supervisor directly supervises HMC Building Mechanics and Maintenance Technicians, outside contractors and temporary/on-call maintenance support staff in performance of daily periodic, annual and special maintenance assignments.
