OVERVIEW: We are seeking a technically strong Senior Systems Specialist, Business Development Platforms to support and enhance the firm’s business development and marketing technology. As a member of the Information Technology (IT) department, the Senior Systems Specialist, Business Development Platforms will partner with Business Development (BD), IT, and external vendors to maintain and improve the firm’s business development technology stack. This individual will be the primary technical resource across core BD platforms, with a strong focus on legal CRM platforms and their connected systems, translating business needs into practical solutions, improving workflows, supporting users, and helping shape the firm’s BD technology roadmap.
