Position Summary: The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the credit union’s information technology infrastructure, including both cloud-based and on-premises systems. This role leads and manages a team of IT professionals and partners closely with business units to ensure the security, availability, and reliability of all IT systems. The IT Manager develops and implements IT policies, procedures, and best practices, and ensures technology operations support organizational goals while meeting security and regulatory requirements.
