Job description
Leads the development and execution of employee communications and event strategies to enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and increase awareness of the Boys Town mission. Oversees employee communications and supports planning and delivery of employee, development/fundraising, youth, and organizational events in partnership with Marketing and senior leadership. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Manages employee communications and events functions and communications and event staff for the organization. Develops, manages, and executes an employee communications and events strategy aligned with Boys Town’s mission and values. Works with executives and human resource managers to help them maintain a positive relationship with employees through their group communications and all employee communications. Provides counsel to senior leaders on ways to use innovative and modern communications and experiences to help support business objectives. Leads the development of communication materials in support of initiatives, programs, and policies that reinforce the Boys Town culture and brand.
