Job Description Summary Job Description: The Lean Water Spider plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the manufacturing floor by ensuring timely delivery of materials, tools, and information to production teams. This role also involves operating CNC machines to support production activities. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of lean manufacturing principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate CNC machinery. Qualifications/Requirements: - Operate CNC machines to produce consumable parts for operations according to specified designs and quality standards. - Allocates product to appropriate racks and or bin location according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, brand, or product code - Ensure that materials are stocked and organized efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. - Replenish supplies and materials at workstations to keep production flowing smoothly. - Assists in the handling of materials and items from receiving area to designated bin locations - Assists with execution of weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity - Effectively maneuvers through computer system in order to perform...
