ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (DUTIES) OF THE JOB: - Correctly wand onto the shop floor data system for labor - Read and follow appropriate product criteria, activity instruction’s, and elements - Follow all safety precautions as spelled out in the Activity Instruction - Use of appropriate equipment/tools (Press, Pill Heater, Belt Sander, Anneal Bake Oven, Ring Press, CNC Machines, Burr Gun, Ultra Max, Hand Tools) - Form and finish cores per Activity instruction and product criteria - Load anneal bake setters per product criteria, if required - Load and unload anneal bake oven, if required - Understanding of loading and operation of CNC machines - Responsible for visual and dimensional quality of green cores (gauge cores) - Visually inspect cores for unacceptable defects per the product criteria or activity instruction - Correctly wand lot travelers and scrap after each tray and take cores to kiln truck - Fill out OEE sheets - Maintain clean work area and perform TPM per schedule - Perform pre-shift die inspection and TPM checklist. - Observe safety policies and regulations - Maintain high attendance record - Basic understanding of the use of dial calipers, micrometers and pin gauges - Under...
